Early queen attacks and Scholar's mate

At club level the most common way to lose with 1…e5 is an early mate on f7. White brings the queen to h5 or f3 and the bishop to c4. Defend calmly with developing moves — …Nc6, …g6, …Nf6 — and the early queen becomes a target.
