Italian: Giuoco Piano with 4.c3

After 3.Bc4 Bc5 4.c3 Nf6 White chooses between the sharp 5.d4 and the slow 5.d3. Against 5.d4 we take, check on b4, and break with …d5 (or grab e4 when White gambits it with Nc3). Against 5.d3 we use the Pianissimo recipe: …d6, …a6, …Ba7, …h6, castle, and reroute knights.
